  • Is home schooling legal?

YES! Homeschooling is legal throughout the United States. Each state is free to create its own legal structure for home education, so one state’s homeschooling laws may look very different from another’s.

How much are HELPS membership fees?

    $17 per year until July 31, 2018 // $20 per year starting August 1, 2018

What is co-op and how can I join?

Our co-op is an academic group. We have a formally structured group of parents that meet once a week to form classes for our children. We serve nursery through highschool with classes ranging from arts, music, sciences, math, and history. Co-op currently has a waiting list, every semester we open enrollment to HELPS members when we have openings. Must be a HELPS member for 1 year before you are eligible to join.

What are membership fees used for?

Membership fees are used to maintain our website, cover insurance premiums, kindergarten and 8th grade graduation, high school graduation fees, and to help off set our small group activities. We also help offset some of the field trip fees when possible.

I can't afford the Membership Fee / Renewal Fee. Can I still join?

We will try to help all of our families stay a part of the group, even through financial difficulties. If you are having problems paying your membership fee please speak with one of the board members for arrangements.

    What is HSLDA?

The Patriots welcome all homeschooled young men with a love of baseball to attend tryouts for Varsity, JV Red, JV Blue, and Middle School teams, usually held in the spring and fall. Like most all teams, the Patriots have to limit the number of roster players. However, unlike most teams, we welcome non-roster players to attend practices to share in the opportunity to learn, grow and develop as players and young, Christian men.Baseball: St. Louis Patriots www.stlpatriotsbaseball.com

The St. Louis Christian HomeSchool Blue Knights Basketball Program is excited to announce information for the 2017-2018 season.  The Knights continue to experience unprecedented growth and success.  The Blue Knights have grown to become one of the largest HomeSchool programs in the nation growing from 3 to 12 teams in the last 5 years.  The Knights have been ranked in the Top 10 in the nation for HomeSchool teams, gone 31-20 against MSHSAA Public and Private schools, won several State Championships and have multiple former athletes playing college basketball.  However as great as the growth and success on the court are it is the lifelong friendships and spiritual growth that are by far the best part of being a Knight.  If you are interested in finding our more about the Knights or be added to the Knights email distribution list please contact Lori at stlblueknights@gmail.com
