HELPS is an independent support group organized and run by moms and dads who are homeschooling their children. The majority of our members are Christians and we begin and end our activities with prayer. This does not mean, however, that we are exclusive. We are open to anyone who wants to come to any activity.
We meet once a month, but we also get together to support and encourage each other, learn, take educational field trips, and to just have fellowship and fun. At our monthly meetings you can sign up for field trips and activities, and fellowship with other families who are homeschooling. We are here first and foremost to help homeschooling families teach their children.
We meet the 4th Monday of every month, with the meeting starting at 7:00 P.M. Our meetings are held at Florissant Valley Baptist Church at the corner of Lindbergh and Ferdinand.
